Rustic and beginnings. This 30x30 foot greenhouse is partially underground for geothermal heat. It is made from found items, recycled barnboard/wood from Ferry Point town original structures, felled trees, and repurposed items from Restore. It is only half finished. Once complete, the 30x60 ft structure will have repurposed windows and a proper door, an insulated roof and heat-sink items inside to maintain more stable temperatures.

This is the first cabin of several. It is still under construction. It is 1,200 square feet of vintage logs, original wood from Ferry Point town and area and nods to the pioneer history of the area. Most of the construction materials are vintage, original, or repurposed from Restore (Habitat for Humanity).
