Starting up

Throughout the winter and spring of 2025, Darwin and Tanya have been busy with construction and planting in preparation for a soft opening in early summer. Tanya began sowing her initial plants in the first week of January, nurturing and watering them for six months until they were finally planted in the ground yesterday. They're hoping these plants will survive and flourish.

At the beginning of the year, we found out that Darwin was diagnosed with cancer. Following several procedures and some setbacks, we are hopeful and praying for his recovery. This delayed our opening date. The flowers are blooming and we have started promoting the u-pick flowers, which should be ready in a couple of weeks.
